Returns and terms

Please email contact us before you return any item, as we will give you a returns reference code.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. It is recommended that you use Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

If the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faultily or damaged, you're covered under the PayPal Money Back Guarantee. You can return it without paying postage for full refund or replacement.
